Shipping policy
Once your order lands in your hands, we want it to be love at first sight. So, here’s a quick rundown of our Shipping Policy to keep you in the loop:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time will be 3-12 working days post processing depending on your location. PS: We ship from Mumbai.
Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time:
- Within India: 3-12 business days depending on Location.
- International: 15-21 business days (subject to customs clearance).
During festive seasons or sales, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS:
Domestic Shipping (India): We deliver to all states and union territories across India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post. This would be possible only for prepaid orders.

Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
- A flat rate of ₹ 80 applies to orders below ₹1,000 for Prepaid Shipping.
- A flat rate of ₹ 80 + Rs 50 (additional) applies to orders below ₹1,000 for COD Shipping .
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for domestic orders only.
- A flat ₹50 COD charge applies to all COD orders.
- COD is applicable on orders up to ₹5,000
- Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
International Shipping: Shipping charges vary based on the destination and weight of the package.
- 0 – 500 g: ₹1,200
- 501 g – 1 kg: ₹2,000
- 1.1 kg – 2 kg: ₹3,500
- 2.1 kg – 5 kg: ₹6,000
- Above 5 kg: Custom shipping rates apply (contact us for details).
Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. (ERECEVE SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED will not be levied for the payment
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours. Dariyana (ERECEVE SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) will not be liable for any delivery issues reported after this period.
Cancellation Policy
Dariyana (ERECEVE SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without providing an explanation, in cases where the order requirements cannot be fulfilled. We assure that any communication regarding order cancellation or applicable refunds will be made in a timely and reasonable manner.
