Return & Refund Policy

As a small business, we want you to love your purchase! However, you may return the product only if you receive a Defective or Damaged product. The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it. Without video, refund request is liable to be rejected.

Return Process

  • To request a return, email us at dariyanajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 79032 88228 with:
    • Your Name and Order number
    • Clear images/video showing the defect or damage.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup. In case pickup is missed by customer, the company is not liable to repeat it.
  • Alternatively, you can self-ship the item to our workshop. Return details will be shared as on request.
  • We will ship the exchange products as soon as the returned product reaches us and is approved by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved Returns:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI shared by customer over mail or store credit.

International Orders

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable,
  • In case you receive a defective item, email us at support@dariyana.com within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos of the product.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders.
  • Products returned without prior approval.
  • Size or Fit issues or the product Doesn’t ‘Suit You’
  • The product didn’t reach on a specific date.
  • Products bought from Imperfect Treasures Sale.
  • Items not in their original condition as shared by customer in picture. Customers must ensure the product is carefully packaged when returning it. In case a product is received packed in bad faith i.e without any box/bubblewrap/protection, Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
